U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit Clinics Shooters

Last week members of the Army Marksmanship Unit ran two 2-day pistol clinics. Sponsored jointly by GOAL and each host club. The first program was run at Taunton Rifle & Pistol Club in Taunton, MA on December 19-20. The second was held on December 21-22 at Riverside Gun Club in Hudson, MA. At Taunton, twenty-six bulls-eye shooters participated from RI and Mass, including three from Berkshire County's Lenox Sportsman's Club. This was a fund-raised coordinated by Mike Yacino, who was present for the start on Monday.

The Taunton Youth Rifle Wolfe Pack will benefit. Rob Comeau won the Gold Medal for "Most Improved". The medal was provided by Russ Doucette of USA Shooting, donated by the USOC from unreleased Olympic awards.
